Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship paddles and accessories internationally. If you contact us with the name of the products you are interested in and provide a shipping address, we will respond with a freight costing. If you decide to proceed, we will then provide a purchase link to allow payment via credit card.

What is your return policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return unused and undamaged with included accessories and packaging within 14 days for an exchange or full refund.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
