M/L:  Chest 94-110cm, Weight 60-90kg (Buoyancy >60N)
XL/XXL:  Chest 110-126cm, Weight 80->110kg (Buoyancy >60N)
Recommendation: if you are a little uncertain about your size we would recommend choosing the smaller of the sizes you are deciding between.
 
How to care for your PFD
Rinse with clean fresh water after every use
Hang to dry out of direct sunlight and turn PFD inside out to reduce chance of fading (black inner should be showing
Do not store in direct sunlight
As with all paddling equipment, inspect before use
