Add $40
A padded travel bag with a heavy-duty PVC lining, padded separator and rugged binding to help protect your paddle in transit.
The bag possesses a carry handle, removable shoulder strap and additional buckle security.
Add $20
A soft, affordable cover made from heavyweight stretch fleece, with an internal blade separator, carry handle and drawcord toggle closure.
The fleece stretches to accommodate paddles slightly longer than the padded option would be able to cater for. Will fit all kayak, dragon boat and outrigger paddles.
Store a clean paddle in your bag and keep sand and grit out to help protect the blade finish and adjustment mechanism.
Blade design
A concave blade face helps hold the water through the stroke, while a refined edge supports clean entry and exit. The DB Extreme incorporates an ergonomic T-grip for comfort and control.
DB Extreme prioritises low weight; DB Extreme Adjustable adds length adjustment; DB Race offers the same pre-preg manufacturing approach in a value-focused model.

Construction
Pre-preg carbon fibre surrounds a high-density foam core in an epoxy matrix and is processed in heated alloy moulds. A clear matt finish shows the 3K carbon. Weights vary with paddle length, grip and manufacturing tolerances.

Make it yours
DB Race and DB Extreme use fixed lengths, available in half-inch increments. DB Extreme Adjustable provides a length-adjustable option; select Adjustable in the length field.
Ask your coach to check fit in your usual seat and boat. An on-land check is only a starting point; the best length also depends on your paddling style.
